providerId int: endpoint.
subscriberId string: subscriber.
accountId string: account.
password string: password.
appToken AppToken: mandatory token to identify the app.
context ZedalCallContext: Optionale Deadline-/Cancellation-Steuerung; ohne Angabe gilt der Client-Default.
