PullNotificationAsDocXml(string, ZedalCallContext)

Führt getNotification gegen DIWASS aus und liefert die Antwort als BxA-gekapselte DocXml (ein Block mit GetNotificationResponse). Der Server erzeugt das Dokument bei leerer docXml im AddBlock-Call.
