Lädt das ZEDAL-Doc, das zu einer fachlichen DIWASS-NotificationId (z.B. DE0126005589i) gehört. Pro NotificationId existiert genau ein ZEDAL-Doc; sämtliche Lifecycle-Phasen (Submission, Update, Acknowledgement, Decision …) leben als BxA-Blocks darin.
